Sylk currently accepts:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Direct Bank Transfer — payment details will be provided at checkout or through the applicable ordering process.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment and order information.

For bank transfer orders, your order may only be processed once the payment has been received and verified by Sylk.

We currently do not accept debit/credit card or digital wallet payments unless otherwise stated on our website.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Sylk currently ships within Pakistan only.

Orders are delivered through trusted courier and logistics services. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times are subject to the courier's operations.

Sylk is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number when placing an order.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy applies to all purchases made through Sylk.

We currently allow exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item meets the conditions stated in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging, unless otherwise stated in our policy.

Refunds are not offered unless required by applicable law or specifically stated otherwise by Sylk.

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
